Peaceful Phone does not sell information about you or your activities to any third parties (including advertisers). Peaceful Phone does not "monetize" your information by sharing it with third parties. Peaceful Phone only shares your information when absolutely necessary to provide our services.

We share your information only when necessary to provide our services

We only exchange your information with applications and services when it is absolutely required to deliver the functionality of Peaceful Phone.

Examples where we must share your information with third parties:
  • We send your Peaceful Phone number to carriers & partners when we initiate a "peaceful" voice or SMS call on your behalf
  • We send your Real Phone number to carriers & partners in order to forward a voice or SMS call to your real phone
  • We exchange required information with our Credit Card Processor in order to process your payments
  • We exchange your email with email forwarding services in order to handle communications with you

Private Data We Receive And Collect

Peaceful Phone may receive and/or collect certain information from your computer or mobile device, including the activities you perform on our Website, the Platforms, and the Applications, the type of hardware and software you are using (for example, your operating system or browser), and information obtained from cookies. For example, each time you visit the peacefulphone.com or otherwise use our Services, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, access times, the web page from which you came, the regions from which you navigate the web page, and the web page(s) you access (as applicable).

When you first register for a Peaceful Phone account, and when you use the Services, we collect some Personal Information about you such as:

  • The geographic area where you use your computer and mobile devices
  • Your full name, username, and email address and other contact details you provided
  • A unique Peaceful Phone user ID which is assigned to you upon registration

How We Use Peaceful Phone Data

Peaceful Phone uses your data only when necessary for us to deliver the Peaceful Phone services:

  1. To identify you when you login to your account so we can authenticate you while you use Peaceful Phone
  2. To allow us to confirm that you have "control" over your email and real cell number before we allow you to use Peaceful Phone
  3. To enable us to operate the Services and provide them to you without fear of losing precious confidential information of your users
  4. To verify your transactions and for purchase confirmation, billing, security, and authentication (including security tokens for communication with installed). Always take security measures like not saving passwords in your browser or writing them down
  5. To analyze the Website or the other Services and information about our visitors and users, including research into our user demographics and user behaviour in order to improve our content and Services
  6. To contact you about your account and provide customer service support, including responding to your comments and questions
